Even though Phila Art is based out of India, it ships its goods to not just Indian Collectors but to Collectors all over the world through the means of EMS or Registered Airmail Service of India Post.

Further, Phila Art ensures a good quality packaging of the ordered products to prevent damage during transit of the both domestic and international shipments.

What are the Delivery Modes and Shipping Charges?

Shipping Charges varies depending on the mode of shipment selected, cost of packaging and the weight of the consignment.

Customer (Indian) has the convenience to pick up two modes of shipment to suit his/her preference:

1. Registered Parcel
2. Speed Post

The rate is variable with time. It is a pan-India rate and is classified on the basis of weight and packaging cost and not on distance.

Customers (Global) has only one mode of shipment to pick from:

1. Registered Airmail

The rate is variable with time. It is calculated on the basis of weight and packaging cost and not on distance.

From time to time shipping related offers are introduced on the website, the benefit of which Customers may avail.

What is the estimated Despatch & Delivery time?

Phila Art tries to despatch the shipment within 48 hours of receipt of order (except Sunday or any Public Holidays) and a tracking id is emailed to the Customer. Under certain circumstances which are out of our control for eg. public holidays etc., there can be a delay in shipment which will be further informed to the client via email.

The Delivery Time is dependent on the mode of shipment selected by the client, however we generally assume a total of 7-15 days of handling time (Processing + Despatch + Delivery) which does not include Sundays or any public holidays. For International Customers, the delivery time may increase due to Customs etc. which are beyond our control.
