Sardar Antaji Mankeshwar Gandhe 1v Stamp
Sardar Antaji Mankeshwar Gandhe, commander of the Maratha Empire’s Delhi-based army, was born in 1695 in Supa, Ahmednagar district, Maharashtra. From a farmer family, he moved to Kanauj for education due to famine, learning weaponry from Pt. Ramchandra Bhatt and Sufi music from Haiti Baba.
